Music Education for Personal Growth

Russo Healing Arts offers a music instruction program that incorporates innovative, adaptive teaching methods to support the unique goals of every student. • Expressing feelings freely and authentically.

  • Communicating what cannot be said with words.

  • Reminiscing on emotions and memories.

  • Processing powerful emotions and moving through difficult transitions.

  • Accessing positive and enjoyable resource states.

  • Developing one's self-identity and connecting with one's family and culture.

  • Overcoming challenging mental activities that require cognitive skills and creativity.

  • Improving their motor skills, posture, and breathing.

  • Developing listening skills, social skills, and empathy.

  • Learning more about oneself and developing better mindfulness.

We offer instruction for various musical instruments, including keyboard, guitar, voice, and percussion. Our music lessons are open to the public and appropriate for most people.
